P2119 Throttle Actuator Control Throttle Body Range/Performance High
The P2119 code means the throttle plate is not behaving the way the computer expects: it does not return to its rest position, it moves with difficulty or it does not hold the commanded opening. It is a mechanical code before it is an electrical one, and carbon around the shaft explains most cases.
