P0383 Glow Plug Control Module Control Circuit Low Low
The P0383 code means the signal between the computer and the glow plug control module is lower than expected, usually from a short to ground or a lost power supply to the module. The engine runs, but cold starts get hard and it puffs white smoke. Diagnosis starts with the module wiring and supply, then the glow plugs themselves.
