U0293 Lost Communication With Hybrid Powertrain Control Module Critical
The U0293 code means other modules in the vehicle stopped receiving messages from the hybrid system control module. The usual effect is that the hybrid system shuts down or limits power. Treat it as serious and have the vehicle checked soon, although power, ground, a connector or a weak battery are common causes.
