U0123 Lost Communication with Yaw Rate Sensor Module Medium
The U0123 code means other modules in the vehicle stopped receiving messages from the yaw rate sensor. The usual effect is that stability control is disabled. You can generally keep driving, but the functions of that sensor may not be available.
