Order of inspection
U0101 Lost Communication with TCM High
The U0101 code means one or more modules stopped receiving messages from the transmission control module over the data bus. As with other U codes, the problem is almost always in the power supply, a ground or the network wiring, not in the module named in the code. The transmission often drops into limp mode as a protection.
