Order of inspection
U0025 Low Speed CAN Communication Bus (-) Low High
The U0025 code means the computer detected a low voltage, a short to ground, on the low speed CAN bus (-) wire. It usually sets communication codes in several modules and, depending on the network affected, limp mode or a dash full of warning lights. A wire stuck at ground stops communication on the whole network.
