U0013 Medium Speed CAN Communication Bus (+) Low High
The U0013 code means there is low voltage, a short to ground, on the CAN high (+) line of the medium speed bus. It usually causes communication codes in several modules and, depending on the network affected, limp mode or warning lights. Drive with caution, because important systems can fail.
