P2178 System Too Rich Off Idle (Bank 1) Medium
The P2178 code means the air-fuel mixture on bank 1 is too rich when the engine is running above idle under part load. The computer ran out of room to correct the mixture in that specific condition, and that detail is a big help in finding the cause. You can usually keep driving for a short time with caution.
