P2176 Throttle Actuator Control System - Idle Position Not Learned Medium
The P2176 code means the computer flagged that the electronic throttle has not learned its idle (rest) position. It is a protective measure: the idle can be unstable or the engine can stall. It often shows up with another code that points to the cause, or right after the battery was disconnected or the throttle body was cleaned.
