P2110 Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited RPM High
The P2110 code means the computer put the electronic throttle system into limited RPM mode. It is a protective measure: the engine will not climb above a certain speed. It almost always shows up with another code that points to the real cause, so read all the codes first.
