P2106 Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited Power High
The P2106 code means the computer put the electronic throttle system into limited power mode. It is a protective measure: the engine responds poorly and will not open the throttle past a certain point. It almost always shows up with another code that points to the real cause, so read all the codes first.
