P1148 Closed Loop Control Function Failure (Manufacturer Code) Medium
The P1148 code means the system cannot hold closed loop fuel control on the affected bank. It is a manufacturer code, and the usual cause is the oxygen sensor, though the mixture can also be so far off that the computer cannot correct it. Confirm the definition for your model.
