P0839 Four Wheel Drive (4WD) Switch Circuit High Medium
The P0839 code means the signal from the four wheel drive switch is higher than the computer expects. The main effect is wrong shifting and a wrong speedometer reading in 4WD. An open circuit or an interrupted ground is the usual cause.
