P0741 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off High
The P0741 code means the torque converter clutch solenoid of the automatic transmission is not producing the expected effect: it behaves as if it were always switched off (stuck off) or its performance is insufficient. It is usually caused by dirt in the fluid, degraded fluid or valve body wear. You can drive with caution, but only as far as the shop.
