Order of inspection
P0724 Brake Switch B Circuit High Medium
The P0724 code means the brake switch signal used by the transmission is high, so the computer believes the brake is always pressed. The torque converter does not lock and fuel use goes up. The repair is usually cheap, an adjustment or a new switch.
