P0487 EGR Throttle Position Control Circuit Medium
The P0487 code indicates an electrical fault in the control circuit of the EGR throttle. Expect a loss of power or limp mode, particulate filter regenerations that do not finish and smoke on diesels. Soot and oil from the breather clog it often.
