P0227 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch C Circuit Low Input Medium
The P0227 code means the signal of the throttle or pedal position sensor C is below its minimum value, from a short to ground or a missing 5 V reference. It causes limp mode and a slow accelerator response.
