P0203 Cylinder 3 Injector Circuit Malfunction Medium
The P0203 code means the engine computer detected an electrical fault in the cylinder 3 injector circuit. The cylinder 3 injector may not open, and that cylinder will misfire (it often shows up along with P0303).
