P0158 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2) Low
The P0158 code means the bank 2 sensor 2 oxygen sensor is reading high voltage all the time, which the computer reads as a rich mixture. It is usually caused by a contaminated sensor, a short in the wiring, or a mixture that really is rich. It rarely affects how the car drives, but it will keep you from passing an emissions test.
