P0145 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 3) Low
The P0145 code means the bank 1 sensor 3 oxygen sensor reacts too slowly to changes in the mixture. The most common cause is an aged or contaminated sensor, though exhaust leaks and mixture problems can also trigger it.
