P0032 HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Medium
The P0032 code means the control side voltage of the heater circuit for the upstream oxygen sensor is higher than expected. It is the opposite of P0031 and points to a short to a voltage line or to a control ground that does not close. The engine runs, but the monitor does not complete.
